The "Betley Indoor Bowling Club" plays short mat bowls throughout the winter season at the village hall. It is a social activity where players get the chance to meet new people and join in some friendly competition, and no previous playing experience is necessary.

Our start time is 13.30 on Wednesdays, and we aim to have finished the games and cleared the mats and equipment away by 16.00. At the midpoint break we pause for tea and biscuits.

In addition to the Wednesday sessions, we also have arrangements with a local club to play friendly matches.

Our new season commences on Wednesday October 9th 2024. The fee for the season membership is £10, and you pay a playing fee of £3 for each session, which includes tea/coffee and biscuits.
